The SRT springs are much stiffer than the N/A springs but I believe the ride heights are the same. The Eibachs are somewhere in the middle but the ride height is quite a bit lower. The 5 dot on the front and 1 dot on the rear are to prevent rubbing. If you use the stock spring pads the front tires will rub the inside of the fender well. You can use a taller spring pad on the rear, the problem is the front. Most people that lower the car want it as low as possible without rubbing, therefore the 5 dot on the front and 1 dot on the rear.

Interestingly, the Eibach's are longer than the stock springs when you put them side by side.
