Default Re: Trailer Hitch Installed

Hambelton - Starting out with the SLK hitches seemed to be the best idea in the begining, but if I had to do it again I would just use stock steal (much cheaper). I wound up cutting the hitches apart to make everything work, in the end the SLK hitches were just steal pieces that I welded back together the way I needed them. Everything works perfectly. I have towed over 4K miles with this set-up without issue. I would have to pull the rear bumper, defusers and trunk covers to give you any photo's that would help you do this job. On the inside you have to pull every panel in the trunk to access the pans, its a pain in the butt.

I have been looking for someone with graphic capabilities to draw the package up, but haven't found anyone who would do it. Sorry not to be more help.
