junk product?

the system is supposed to get the air bubbles out itself isn't it? Also, I have just recently started having this problem, while I have had my pump on for over a year. The pump hasn't been touched, so I doubt air got in there.

I have no codes, fuse is fine, a working IC pump, and once again NO CODES. I'm running out of ideas as to what it could be
