Ive been having issues with my SC shutting down and I already have a Johnson CM30 so I think it may have something to do with my IAT's and this is supposed to lower it.....correct?

As for your symptoms, here are a few thoughts:
1. Your CM30 could be going bad. I vaguely remember some talk about them failing.
2. Your IAT sensor might be bad.
3. Your OAT sensor might be bad.
Have you separated the IC cooling circuit from the engine coolant? The third thread I listed has some good info from member BrianBrave.
Do you have a datalogger to read the IAT?
