I have no codes, fuse is fine, a working IC pump, and once again NO CODES. I'm running out of ideas as to what it could be

Thumpers post above has some good information. The C3 reservoir isn't worth the cash.

Nope, they don't self bleed. Lots of people say they do, but not the case. Proven many, many times over. There is a small outlet at the top of the cooling circuit near the left radiator hose with a small rubber cap on it. Let the car run and in neutral rev it up a bit to get it over 3k (or make sure johnson is running)

unplug that cap and catch the coolant coming from it. There should be a steady stream coming out, with no bubbles. Let it do that for a few seconds (or until bubbles are gone) and recap it.

Is there a Heat Exchanger on the car? Look at the front of the car near the bottom grill and you should be able to see if the HE was replaced with an aftermarket one. If not do that.

I have seen johnsons fail as well. After you shut down the car the pump will run for 3-4 seconds. Check to be sure it is still doing that.
