That's better. Spent 45 mins fixing all of this, then about 40 mins on my lesson.
Sure have a hard time believing I'm ever going to make sounds that even I want to hear!!!
I knew they were mounted wrong. I figured the first pic you posted was from Craigs list.

I prefer having the cymbal to my right side. Or, get another larger one and put it on your right and keep the smaller one where you have it.

Do you know how to tune the drums?
