the system is supposed to get the air bubbles out itself isn't it? Also, I have just recently started having this problem, while I have had my pump on for over a year. The pump hasn't been touched, so I doubt air got in there.

I have no codes, fuse is fine, a working IC pump, and once again NO CODES. I'm running out of ideas as to what it could be

It could be a faulty IAT Temp sensor. Could be bad or perhaps just coated/oiled with blow by.

Simple way you can test it - is to swap it with the OAT sensor on the lower driverside grill.

Remove the IAT sensor and plug it in to the OAT sensor plug and read the outside temp on your dash. Carefully use a heat gun to see if temp reading changes.

Gently clean with carb cleaner if needed.
