Mophreakous, sorry to hear about your problems! But how hard was it to pull the assembly out? I've found instructions here on another thread, but also came across a mention of how this wasn't for the timid. Instructions didn't seem too difficult to follow, though, so wondering what makes this hard, if anything.
Well, my parking lights and fog lights stayed on without me turning them on. Happened when I got it back from the dealer(coincidence?) Was told I need a new switch and they wanted 600 clams! Researched and with the help of others in the forum I found one on ebay for 50$ I put it in and now the driver side parking lights will not come on, nor either side when you turn the switch to the left. Not hard at all to do just time consuming with the small space to work in. Guess I'm gonna have 2 buy a new one, if that doesn't work I got a problem..... Hope this helps
