I don't think i can help you too much with your Crossfire, but I have had dealings with Pensacola Chrysler. Their service department is THE WORST I have EVER seen ANYWHERE. I hope you don't have as much trouble with them as I did. They didn't care about me or my car (PT Cruiser), whether it got fixed or not, and lied through their teeth while looking right at me.
