I haven't asked what year the RCMs are that I have repaired and to tell the truth until recently I haven't paid attention to the air pump relay.

From now on I will check and if necessary, clean the contacts of all RCMs sent to me for repair.
And hey. No extra charge!
(just don't brag that it's from a BLACK car!)
