The last time I was in Canada with a friend and willing to take the time to see some of the cities, (1980), we went to Ottawa and saw the Houses of Parliament. My impression of Ottawa was that it was beautiful. Also went to Quebec City and walked around the Chateau Frontenac and the plains of Abraham, overlooking the St. Lawrence river. Montreal was impressive in it's own right with Mount Royal and St. John's Oratory. There were a hundred other things I could mention about these sites, but this ain't a travelog. Oh, one other thing. The people in Quebec are a hell of a lot better looking than most of the people in the States. Just sayin'.
