My fan motor bearings were shot. when we jump started the fan, it was wobbling and sparkling but still working. So since it wasnt kicking in at all because it was probably in a stuck position or something, I assume it blew a fuse. I dont want to think about control module being bad also.

Where can I get that kind of fuse? Never seen anything like that. What are they called? Would autozone or advance auto carry them?
