That Fan Fuse is located in the box on the passenger side of the car, just by the battery, it can be purchased at most any autoparts store. I speak from experience, as my fan fuse keep blowing turned out to be a bad fan motor... replaced it and the fuse no problem sense... I ordered my fan with the housing for $139.00 via ebay, perfect fit, only to ME about 15 to replace it.

You have to take those tiny nuts off remove the bar and then the fuse will pop right out, it is a square fuse with two metal taps where it attaches. I got mine at Auto Zone, take one with you.
