if you cant read the wording "eibach" without standing on your head, they are on upside down.

Make sure the spring is seated in the groove in the lower control arm.

Something has clearly gone wrong with the spring install. Eibachs are shorter than stock springs, so even with a 5 dot pad the car will be lower. Yours is higher, either you got the wrong springs, they are on wrong, or the fronts and backs are flip flopped.
