Look at sellers recent history, 29 cars and the only one that sold was the Crossfire- also the only one without a reserve.
PLUS go to eagle auto mall site (chevy) and they still have it listed for sale.
Didn't want to close the action so they raised the bid to ensure it didn't sell for less then they wanted (no reserve). Afterward they file against the none paying bidder account, cost them nothing.
