Sorry to hear about this, but here what I'd try first. After cleaning the area off real good, try some Mequiars Scratch-X. This should lighten it up a bit, if not remove it, but if that doesn't work, your going to want to try some "non-abrasive" paint cleaner. Finally I know this after the fact, but this is why you should have a couple coats of wax on your car, just in cases like this. Good luck to you.
