Sounds like it isn't adjusted correctly. Mine was in Seven times for wind noise before it was resolved (most of which I think was on the dealer, but it isn't standard chrysler window, so it will probably take some puttering for them to get it right). Still have a tiny bit on the Driver's side (that I couldn't hear before for all the noise on the Pass'). But, its barely worth mentioning.

I'm a smoker, so the windows go up and down a lot. Especially that last inch or two from closed. No 'popping' into place, same smoothe motion as the rest of the way up or down. Both windows are (to the casual eye, at least) at the same angle as the fixed side-rears.
