It was the best when the road was closed. No "tourists", no semis - just people trying to see what their machine could do. I feel bad for people who ran it for the first time when it was closed off at the the TN end .... they think that is what the road is like always. I could have spent an entire day running up & down that deserted piece of twisted asphalt. What a treat!!!
