Thanks for the reply...and yes, I just did it and it does look good...almost worth the 3 or so hours I spent trying to remove the stubborn glue marks left on after I took off the letters.
Next time use lighter fluid or Goo Be Gone and put on a coat of wax when you're done. Debadging is a 20-30 minute job tops.
