I think when you're driving a 6 figure car, you don't need to push for any more "Look at me!" factor.
One year I saw a guy driving a one-piece fiberglass bodied "67 Mercury Cyclone" Funny Car, with the body tilted up at a 45 degree angle as he drove down the street. In his defense, it was pretty hot that year.
If the body wasn't up, he'd have a hell of a time seeing anything to drive on the street.
