theres northing wrong with the car, like mentioned above use the ebrake in neutral let off foot brake then put in park. your putting the weight of the car on the park lever in the trans creating a bind. when you pull it out of park you release this pressure. if you continue to not use the ebrake you will bend the park lever, either snapping it or bending it into the drum causing a loss of neutral or park all togther.
