Pizza, I agree with you... I have been in electronics/computers for 35 years and nobody trouble shoots anything anymore... they just throw parts at a problem... and IT guys just reload your system if you have a SW bug.....

to the OP.... if that dealer dosent have anyone to properly diagnose your problem, find a shop that does electrical and take it there....
