PS I don't see any need to remove any fan. You do have a NA?

Here are some quick pix of a spare tensioner I had on the shelf.

This is what you need to pivot or release the tension on the belt:


You only need to remove the pulley if the bearing would be bad, or you need access to one of the bolts to remove the entire assembly:
