If the new one has less miles on it than the old one, you can use it and they can put the correct mileage on there. If it has more, you'll just get a bunch of 888888 on the odo. Can't subtract them fortunately or anyone with the right tools could "roll back the clock" and sell these cars with only "1000" miles! LOL
