You need to first start by grounding out your deck and if you still have the alternater wine the you need to make sure none of your rca's are pinched by plastic panels or have any screws ran through them.and if there is still wine...it's your deck..the ground on your rca's is bad from the factory.... I've found 1 in 5 decks have bad grounds..all makes and models..
