definitely a ground issue.
i drilled a hole and tackd it to the frame for my ground (on amp).
also you should keep the rca running separate from ground wire and power wire not sure were you ran the leads but i did rca down drivers side power down the passenger side and ground was straight up from frame threw the floor board.
