News flash. The middle class is dying. We are in a plutonomic state that was caused by taxes being diverted to the middle class. The poor can't pay, the rich won't pay. And the rest are left struggling to push our economy uphill. And a flat tax will only make things worse. When the rich are the people pushing for a flat tax, you can d@mned well bet, it isn't in the middle or lower classes best interest. Taxes are not strucured to be fair. They are used as a means of molding a stable economy. As in everything else. Balance is everything. If we had things their way we would have a Libertarian Mecca, like Somalia, or Haiti. Is that what you want?
