I know it is not all of them but a lot of people on welfare spend more time and energy trying to get on more programs than they ever would trying to work. They know exactly what to do and say to get on the programs and to stay on. I've personally heard some one paying with foodstamps in a store bitching on her cell phone that here in Ind. ( unlike her hometown of Chicago) she is having to pay her utilities in her free apartment. Then she got into her car and drove away. I'm always for helping the down and out, people that need help for a while, but this generational lifetime walfare is not doing any good. People are thinking that they are entiltled for everone else to pay for them. My son was a cashier at Walmart for summer work and said that the fraud in the system is unbelievable. They are also moving from state to state looking for better deals, Ie. ILL. to Ind.
This thread is about a flat tax. I have been talking within that structure. His is a moot point and doesn't speak too, or forward the conversation. And nether does yours. If a person is unwilling, or unable to work, he pays no taxes. If you have a flat tax, they still pay nothing. Aside from that, how am I making stuff up. Did I present refutable facts, or simply state an opinion? It's sad that your so blinded by right wing rhetoric that you can claim my views are made up while presenting nothing more than your own opinion. Does your son working at Wal Mart for the summer make him or you experts at anything? Nope, just opinionated. Same as me. You would do well to remember that the next time you call me a liar.
