I had the squeaking on the passenger side. Its caused from the plastic cover rubbing against the window trim. I noticed on my driver side there is a slight gap between the two and that's why it wasn't squeaking. So I tugged on the passenger side cover and created a slight gap.... haven't heard it in about 3-4 weeks.
