I'm a firm believer that the supercharger is holding us back. Going turbo would be my route 'if' I were to find a large sum of money. Superchargers are parasitic, unlike turbos which build boost without robbing power. Yes, the low end torque is greater with a supercharger, but the boost is very limited. Also, I agree with the othe comments here, the intercooler mounted under the supercharger in the 'V' is retarded...
