There are drain ports under the cowl cover at each end and in the middle that allows the water to drain away, more than likely they are full of debri, you need to take the cowl cover and wiper arms off to access this area to clean out your drain ports. When they are pluged up it will allow water to enter in through the blower motor assembly. Do a search for more information if needed.
