You've probably got it by now; but if not, what worked for me was a pair of long,straight tweezers spread open and it snatched it out cleanly. You must be very slow and precise, like you're operating on the patient
LOL Reaming it out or using another washer with slightly larger i.d. is a good idea for next time around. Good luck.
