Ok, Chrysler Corporate told me I needed to go by my local dealer and have them look at it. I told the dealer I had a case open. They looked at it this morning. When I got home from work, I had a message telling me that Chysler was not going to do anything to remedy the problem. I'll call them tomorrow - a little less nice and see what's going on. I'll keep all posted.
