Where in Virginia are you located and what dealer did you take it to? If you are located in or near the central VA or the Tide Water area there are a few reputable dealers that I can recommend.
I'm in SW VA, the New River Valley, the closest dealer is Shelor...they have a bad rep for a reason...but I don't have a choice, the other Chrysler dealer is an hour away. I even got an oil change there so it wasn't like they weren't making any money off of me
All of this happened 2 months ago.
I'm going to report the dealership to Chrysler, not sure what good if any that'll do.
