How long has it sat on the lot? Something I noticed about the SRT's up here in MN was that they all sat for 18+ months. Low miles but really high price. Dealers don't know enough about them and they get neglected until something goes wrong. I tore a transmission out of one that I test drove and I was even nice enough to get it up to temp before stepping on it. Ended up driving the last half a mile back to the dealership in 2nd gear limp mode and if I went above idle, it wouldn't move. The sales guy with me for the test drive was so sorry it happened and assured me it was something they could fix, the manager on the other hand was out of his mind upset and tried to force me to buy it and then get it fixed under warranty but I wasn't having any of it. The car was still on their lot when I moved to WI.
