I suspect that your Virginia dealer knows nothing about the Crossfire and is without a Certified Crossfire tech. They are making things up to cover their stupidity but are exposing it instead. You are under a 3year/36000 mile warranty from the original date of sale, ask the dealer to verify the date of sale (the selling dealer may have reported it earlier than your purchase date) and than Call the Chrysler hotline and ask for a representative to meed you at the dealership to review your warranty claim. They should fix your problem leak.
