hey Mike sorry this happened. with the bags popped and the front and rear damage I'd bet its a total loss. Make sure they give you tax and tags as well, that's how we settle a total auto loss. Additionally if you were hurt there should be a personal injury settlement. You turned in through your company? The guy who ran the light is at fault, they may go after the person who ran into the back of you as well. So you may get a bit more out of this than you had planned. State Farm will charge you your collision deductible but they will try and get it back from both parties. If you don't want that to happen I'd suggest going through BOTH other carriers.
