For the crossmember to be bent like that, there was some significant damage done to the car. Since the crossmember was not replaced during the repair, you can be assured that the repairs were not done through an insurance claim. If the owner is going to skimp on this, what else did he skimp on during the repair that is not readily visible? If it were me, I would walk away from this car..... Quickly!
