First off get a car fax and I would also get an estimate to fix it all correctly from a body shop. Add the cost repair properly to the selling price and if you are still buying it for a little less than rough trade per NADA it would be a good deal. You can find the value on NADA.com
If the cost to fix plus the price of the car is equal to clean trade in then skip this car and buy one with a clean car fax. If the car fax show the damage it is worth even less.
