Sir, we live in America, insurance companies are free to do whatever pleases them. Of course they can "hold it against you". There are no bigger ****** on the face of the earth than insurance companies, banks run a distant 2nd. It matters not what mom does or dosen't do, you ain't gonna be a happy camper come renewal time.
With your age and 2 wrecks on the same day I bet that they'll refuse to renew you.
