I signed a "Daimler Chrysler Service Contract-Essential Care-code EC14L" which cost me nothing and is probably worth just that. To clear it up a little, I define Chryslers "standard offering" as a free loaner car while the Crossfire is serviced, and a coupon book for a undefined number of oil changes which may or may not be free. I was told that they were, but this dealership has lied to me before so I hold no faith, but we will see. They have 60 days to send me the "plans provisions." They had told me that I would receive these coupons from Chrysler, but when I didn't I raised a little storm and they finally produced this "plan" document for me to sign requesting it. Maybe Crossfiretech can shed some light on EC14L.
