Franc, go ahead and hold off for now, because there are 2 nice ones in Chicago and we are headed up there this weekend, and will hopefully need a paper plate for one of them

Definitely, give me a call this week, probably leave Saturday morning early and stay Saturday night in the city, if everything goes according to plan. Going to meet up with Gary and anyone else who would like to join.
As far as modding, I think I have nearly as many parts in my garage as you do, and I only have 1
