Well a week on and all is well. I did a 200 mile round trip on Tuesday and the car was back to it's best. I do think it's my imagination sometimes putting the car down.

BUT I still have the very annoying sound coming from the boot (trunk for you yankies). I've taken al the bits out from it, jack/compressor/first aid etc. but still it's there. I'm gonna have to get in there while someone else drives it to locate it. Others have mentioned the seatbelt rattle which I also had a few months ago but has since gone when I hammered it with my fist.
