I would suggest replacing the NA engine with a SRT.
There is a brand new SRT engine listed on e-Bay for $4,800. (item#320602882499)And by the picture it appears that the tranny is attached with it.

I think this would be the cheapest way to go building a sleeper crossfire. Also you could sell the NA engine which would be applied to the cost of the new SRT engine.
