It may just be the angle of the picture, but it does seem to be lowered to me. Now that I look at it again, I am not totally sure if it has been lowered or not. On a non lowered car, there would be a 1.5 to 2 inch gap between the top of the tires and the fender well. If they used a quality spring kit like the ones I mentioned previously, that is great as it would cost you between 200 to 300 dollars to lower the suspension doing the work yourself. Just make sure that they did not cheap out and cut the stock limited springs as they are a progressive weight spring and should not be cut. Many people will buy stock SRT springs and cut them which is fine as the SRT springs are not progressive.
In this picture you can clearly see what a roadster looks like that has not been lowered. Look at the gap in the rear fender well.
