Update!
Well, I've been looking into my boost situation and why it isn't making anymore then 8-9 psi. So far, I've checked pretty much EVERYTHING!
- I re-made each vacuum line complete with the right boots for a proper seal (cleaned everything up quite a bit from my many trials)
- I tested each vac line with a tool I made and ran each one to 20 psi
- I removed the intake manifold, pulled it apart and put it back together
- I locked it into the short runner position and sealed the changeover lever (again) - I also painted it up while it was out
- I re-invented the tensioner and have twice the belt tension on the rotrex belt as I did previously
- I added a roller to the serpentine belt to increase wrap on the drive pulley and changed over to a gatorback belt
- I pressure tested the IC system as a whole for the 100th time
- Etc.
I did find 3 small leaks at 20 psi but after all was said and done, I still make the same boost

So, I have two more things to try over the next couple of weeks. I'll have to report back once those are done to see if that solves the problem. If that doesn't do it, then the SC is going back to Rotrex for an inspection as there may be something wrong with the internals.
I'm shooting for the ability to make 1 bar of boost (14.7 psi) and at 8-9, I am falling short. It is also putting me behind on other tasks. I need to re-work one of the brackets I made to relocate the coolant tank and make a permanent bracket for the rotrex HE, etc.
I guess I'll just work on the tune at this boost level to see what she is going to make. I might even bypass my intercooler to see what a non intercooled setup will make if I can find the time. It will be interesting to say the least to see what she will do in a minimalist fashion.
