I tend to agree with Franc on this. It is called customer service. In this case... lack there of! Someone that responds like that can not be trusted with my dollar. Next arguement Vegas....
Honest to goodness, I don't mind a discussion and I will not take offense. Next argument is the first argument. Guy makes a product. It is not to your suiting. Walk away or make a nice suggestion. No reason to call him an idiot, question his methods, and shove you're opinion in his face. The letter was obviously read as, 'If you didn't make such a stupid product, I would buy it." The writer was not going to buy it, and with reason, the seller obviously took it as a gratuitous slam. Nothing good could be expected from the letter written. So why write it? And it's not customer service, the writer just told him "I'm not a customer, and never would be."
