I bought a complete set (front & rear) of Rotex Gold pads for $99 delivered from an eBay vendor. Haven't installed them yet as I usually drive the XFire only on weekends, so the mileage is low and the factory pads work just fine right now.

Lots of sources for rotors. Here's a Website several of us use. You might also try TireRack as they carry quite a few options for rotors & pads for most performance cars.
