I personally appreciate customer feedback to better my service. If somebody has a suggestion, I take it into consideration, and thank them accordingly. If I provide them with a negative feedback on their suggestion, I feel I would recieve the same responses I am seeing here, and be jobless.

And c'mon guys, vegas is only utilizing the negativity he has absorbed in many years of law schooling. That's why I thought about selling drugs when I dropped my law classes, it would have been a more respectable career. (just givin' ya a hard time, have lawyers in my family and have to raz them too!!)
