As a retail business owner, it is one thing to not appreciate a comment made by a potential customer. It is totally another to reply with your true thoughts. But hey..... it is your business.... you are your own boss (for now)..... Say what you want to, to whom you want to. There will always be another retailer that will be more than happy to take care of your potential customers even if they do it with their teeth gritted. You do have to love the free market place.
